I am loving this new Halloween paper by Memory Box.  I spent the evening crafting this mini book.

 

Playing with Copics

 I had some quiet time today and I decided to play with my copics.  I LOVE these stamps.

Happy Holidays

 

Life has been in the fast lane.  Work is busy, my craft teaching is busy, Bailey is busy, Tony is still recooperating.  You know how it goes.  I just wanted to take a moment and let all of you who stop by and visit this blog and comment, how much it means to me.  Our family has come to realize this past year how many caring, wonderful friends and family we have.  We appreciate all of your support and love.  From our family to yours, Merry Christmas!

I will be keeping that website updated with my crafting and art info.  I have created a calendar to showcase upcoming classes and have a registration page if you are interested in attending a class.  I am working on online kits that you can order from that website. Lots of new and exciting things coming soon.

I will continue to update this blog with personal and family topics.

Copic Technique Class

I took an awesome copic class at Paper Vineyard yesterday.  Jenn Dove taught this Halloween inspired class.  We assembled a scrapbook page and then learned some coloring techniques that we practiced on the adorable Witch and Mummy.  So much fun.  Jenn was a great teacher and it was a great class.

Thankful

*Saturday's class is full but there are still some spots on Friday from 10a to 2pm. 

I finally finished my Thankful book.  I will be teaching this book at Paper Vineyard on Friday, November 5th from 10a-2p and on Saturday, November 6th from 10a-2p.

Update on Tony

Well, the MRI results showed that Tony has a tear in each shoulder muscle (rotator cuff) and that is what is causing all the pain in his arms.  This was likely done while he was in the hospital and when they were turning him on his side, they tore his shoulder muscles.

We are going to see an orthopedic surgeon on Friday and they will determine if he will need surgery to repair the tears.  He also has carpal tunnel in both wrists.  Poor guy.  He is in so much pain, can't sleep, can't hardly use his arms, can't drive, has trouble brushing his teeth, pain, pain, pain.  Please keep him in your thoughts.  He gets very sad.  Hugs!
